A family devoted to good cheese
We are SADAM: importers and distributors of premium cheese based in Juriquilla, Querétaro.
SADAM was born from something very simple: the belief that good cheese brings people together. Our family grew up around the table, sharing cuts brought from Europe on every special occasion, and in time that passion became a craft.
Over ten years ago we decided to bring those same cheeses — the authentic ones, the protected-origin ones, the ones that tell a story — to the restaurants and families of the Bajío. We started knocking on doors, knife in hand, offering a taste. Quality did the rest.
Today we serve hundreds of kitchens, but we still measure success the same way: by the trust a chef places in us and the relationship we build with every client. That can't be imported. It's earned.
